Green olives from Chalkidiki are famous for their big size and their rich-dense flesh. They abound with calcium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids and are distinguished by their deep green colour, delicate fruity aroma and slightly bitter but spicy flavour.


Black Olives from Chalkidiki are hand-picked carefully, after they are left to mature naturally on the tree. The fruit is processed with sea salt which turns its skin thin and unveils the olive’s fruity flavour.
